Hey everyone! Let me re introduce myself!

My name is Stefanie-Ann,I am the face behind Lilies & Lightning Customs (Formally known as Suite 3801 Studio). My journey started off with me jumping feet first into photography when I was living in Ponoka while also working alongside my mom in her wedding and event planning business! My mom would always ask if I could make certain signage, cups, save the date cards, wedding invitations, etc. I had realized my love for my customization business was more of my priority and quit shooting photography full time.

5.5 years ago I met my (now ex) husband and moved to Leduc, AB where we bought a house, started dabbling in sublimation and bought my first laser! I out grew that laser extremely quickly and moved onto a bigger one! I have been doing sublimation and laser work for about 5.5 years now with cricut work going on 8 years!

Since leaving my husband and moving to Fort Saskatchewan I have purchased a second laser, 3D printer and hoping to also add embroidery in the future. Working with all my past customers has been an absolute dream and it's all of you who keep coming back and recommending my little business is what keeps me going!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email with tracking. Click the link in your email or copy and paste the tracking number to the designated courier website.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

What is your turn around time?

Turn around times are depend what the project is and how big it is. To get a full detailed list read below:

Laser Engraved Tumblers: Laser Engraved tumblers have a turn around time of 1-2 days. If you are bulk ordering 10 or more, expect the turn around time to be around 3-5 days

Wooden Laser Cut & Hand Painted Items: Turn around time for these items are anywhere from 2-5 days. This is dependant on the detail in the painting and the assembly of everything.

3D Printed Items: 3D printed items are based on how long the print will take and (in the rare event) a print fails! Most prints take anywhere from 1-4 days to print. If a 3D print is being ordered an estimated turn around time will be given as soon as the design is uploaded!

Sublimation Items: Sublimation items have a 1-2 day turn around time. However, just like Laser tumblers, bulk amounts of 10+ expect around a 3-5 day turn around time.

Apparel: Apparel turn around is 2-5 business days. This is dependant on how long our ordered DTF prints take to print.
