Refund policy

Due to the style of work we do refunds will not be given as all of our items are made to order! However if you find something wrong with your order (a tear in a shirt, a broken piece on your tumbler or wooden ornaments, please reach out to us stefanie@suite3801.ca and we will get it fixed up or remade (if needed).
